Refund Policy

Effective Date: 09/30/2025

At Esoclean, we strive to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Service Satisfaction

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment.

  • We will review your concerns and, at our discretion, either:

    • Arrange a re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost, or

    • Offer a partial refund where appropriate.

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund if payment was made in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. The remaining balance (if prepaid) will be refunded.

  • Missed appointments without notice are not eligible for a refund.

 

3. Payment Errors

  • In the event of a billing error or duplicate payment, a full refund will be issued once verified.

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations
       Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already completed where no quality concerns are raised within 24 hours.

  • Situations beyond our control, such as lack of access to the property, unsafe conditions, or incorrect information provided by the client.

 

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method (cash, e-transfer, cheque, credit, or debit).

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
