Refund Policy

At Esoclean, we strive to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment.

We will review your concerns and, at our discretion, either:

Arrange a re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost, or
-
Offer a partial refund where appropriate.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund if payment was made in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. The remaining balance (if prepaid) will be refunded.

Missed appointments without notice are not eligible for a refund.
3. Payment Errors

In the event of a billing error or duplicate payment, a full refund will be issued once verified.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Services already completed where no quality concerns are raised within 24 hours.

Situations beyond our control, such as lack of access to the property, unsafe conditions, or incorrect information provided by the client.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method (cash, e-transfer, cheque, credit, or debit).

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
