Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Esoclean. By booking or using our cleaning services—including office cleaning, deep cleaning, commercial cleaning, music producer studio cleaning, and workspace cleaning—you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
1.1 Payments can be made via cash, e-transfer, cheque, credit card, debit card, or tap.
1.2 Full payment is required at the time of service unless another arrangement is agreed upon in writing.
1.3 Clients are responsible for ensuring that payment methods are valid and available at the time of service.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
2.2 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
2.3 Missed appointments without notice will be considered a cancellation and are subject to the same 50% fee.
3. Service Area
3.1 Esoclean provides cleaning services throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
3.2 Requests outside the GTA may be subject to additional travel fees or may not be accommodated.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding the service location, access instructions, and any special requirements.
4.2 Clients should remove or secure fragile or valuable items to prevent damage during cleaning.
4.3 Any special requests or instructions should be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Service Standards & Liability
5.1 Esoclean is committed to delivering professional and high-quality cleaning services.
5.2 While care is taken with all client property, Esoclean is not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed prior to the service.
5.3 Esoclean is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
6. Changes to Services or Terms
6.1 Esoclean reserves the right to make changes to services, pricing, and these Terms & Conditions at any time.
6.2 Clients will be notified of material changes via email or website updates.
7. Privacy & Personal Information
7.1 Personal information collected for booking or payments will only be used to provide services and communicate with clients.

8. Governing Law
8.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
8.2 Any disputes arising from services or these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
